School district hires new coaches

The Johnson County School District voted Monday night, June 9, to hire several new coaches for Kaycee School and Buffalo High School.

They hired Dustin Sipe to be Kaycee High School’s new head track coach, and agreed to pay him $4,943. He replaces Jason Humble, who resigned the post in May.

Jodie Humble was hired to be the assistant volleyball coach for Kaycee Junior High School, at $2,851, pending her certification.


Milo Warren was hired to the assistant girls’ basketball coaching post at the junior high, at $2,851. He replaces Sipe.

At Buffalo High School, Jamie Irish will be the new assistant volleyball coach, and will be paid $3,612.
