Pursuant to the provisions of the Wyoming Real Estate Subdivision Act, Statutes 18-5-301 thru 18-5-315, NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN THAT Bison Development Group, LLC intends to apply for a Permit to Re-plat a Minor Subdivision from the City of Buffalo, to further subdivide lands currently within its corporate limits.
The subdivision proposal is located in the SE¼NW¼ of Section 3, Township 50 North, Range 82 West, at 10 Hilltop Drive, within the Caturia Addition to the City of Buffalo. The proposal is to divide a 0.51-acre lot from a 5.34-acre parcel, for a single-family residential lot.
