The Wyoming Public Service Commission (Commission) has granted Montana-Dakota Utilities Co. (MDU) authority to increase the threshold for filing an application for a monthly adjustment to its Purchased Gas Cost Adjustment, Rate 88, from $0.10 to $0.25 dekatherms. This approval is subject to notice, protest, investigation, opportunity for hearing, change, refund and further order of the Commission.

MDU’s Application is on file at the Commission’s office in Cheyenne, Wyoming, and in the Company’s business offices in its Wyoming gas service territory, and is available for inspection by any interested person during regular business hours.

Anyone desiring to file a statement, intervention petition, protest or request for a public hearing in this matter must file in writing with the Commission on or before February 7, 2020. Please include reference to Docket No. 30013-357-GT-19 (Record No. 15394).
