The City of Buffalo, Wyoming will receive sealed bids for The City of Buffalo Bozeman Waterline Project.  These improvements are generally described as follows: Construction of approximately 1794 LF of new water line and Appurtenances.

Sealed bids will be received at City Hall until _2:00_p.m. local time on _September 3, 2021_.  The bids will then be opened and read aloud at the Council Chambers of City Hall.

All bids shall be submitted in accordance with and on the forms included in the Project Manual.  Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to:

Contract Documents, including proposal bid forms, drawings and Project Manual, have been placed on file and may be examined at the office of Nelson Engineering 381 North Main Street Buffalo, Wyoming 82834, and Public Works Department in City Hall, Buffalo, Wyoming as well as the following plan rooms:

 

Billings Builder’s Exchange, Billings, Montana

Northeast Wyoming Contractors and Plan, Gillette, Wyoming

The Bid Center, Casper, Wyoming

 

Contract Documents may be obtained on or after _August 19, 2021_ at the office of Nelson Engineering, at the non-refundable cost of $ 150.00 per set, or electronically for a cost of $35.00 per set at QuestCDN.com project number #7985495

A PRE-BID CONFERENCE will be held on __August 26, 2021_at 2:00 p.m. local time, beginning at Council Chambers of City Hall, Buffalo, Wyoming.

Contractors, in submitting their respective bids, acknowledge that such bids conform to all requirements of Wyoming State Statute.  Each bidder must include a bid security with the bid, payable to the City of Buffalo, in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders.

No bidder may withdraw its bid after the scheduled time of the bid opening.  Bids are to remain open for 60 days after the bid opening.

 The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids or parts thereof, and to waive any irregularities of any bid.  The Owner also reserves the right to award the contract to such responsible bidders as may be determined by the Owner
