The City of Buffalo has received an application for a Preliminary Subdivision Plat Approval by Sweetwater Interests, LLC for a residential subdivision located on a parcel of land connected by High Street on the north, bounded by Cloud Peak School on the west, bounded partially by Cemetery Creek on the south, & bounded by US Highway 87 (Main Street) on the east.  Said parcel has already been annexed into the City of Buffalo as part of the Bergner Addition.  The Buffalo Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on the matter June 22, 2021 at 1:00 pm at City Hall, 46 North Main Street, Buffalo, Wyoming.  Contact the Buffalo Planning Director at 46 N.
