Notice is hereby given that on the 12th day of May, 2021 Dave Stallwood  filed an APPLICATION

FOR A VARIANCE in the City of Buffalo for Lot(s) 1 & 2 of Block(s) 18 of the Carwile  Addition to the 

City of Buffalo.  AKA 417 S. Main St. Buffalo.

Under the current zone 12-1 District the following uses are permitted:

 

Under the proposed variance, the following uses would be allowed:

- Short term rental

 

Written comments if there be any will be accepted by Buffalo Planning and Zoning Commission  at the Buffalo City Hall, 46 North Main, until 1:00 PM on the 29th day of June, 2021 at which date persons may also come before the Commission to state their views.  All written comments must be signed by the owner of the property so commenting.
