Pursuant to the provisions of the Wyoming Real Estate Subdivision Act, Statutes 18-5-301 thru 18-5-315, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Kaleb Morse intend to apply for a minor Subdivision Permit from the Johnson County Board of County Commissioners to subdivide lands in Johnson County, Wyoming.
These lands are comprised of 2.28 +/- acres and are in part of the NE¼NE¼ of Section 12 T43N, R84W. The property is proposed to be subdivided into 2 lots; Lot 1 is .41 +/- acres and Lot 2 is 1.87+/- acres. The property is located adjacent to the Town of Kaycee Park and is being subdivided for a future annexation of proposed Lot 1.
