Please take notice that at 7:30 P.M. on April 27th, 2021 at Buffalo City Hall, 46 North Main, Buffalo WY 82834, the Buffalo Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing on the application of Erik Burden, Summit Home and Design LLC, of 570 S Wyoming Ave for a Carwile Addition variance to permit them to build an office and storage shop to encroach 35’ side yard requirement to their lot site at 570 S Wyoming Ave, Lot 12, Block 15. Relief is requested Per Article 17, Section 3, set back requirements established would impede on our ability to construct a useful building. Given the side yard requirement of 35 feet because this is a corner lot, leaving a 5-foot setback on the backside where the adjoining property begins, and the fact that the lot is only 50 feet wide, this would leave a strip in the middle 10 feet in width that would be allowed to build on if the ordinance is followed.
