NOTICE OF INTENT TO SUBDIVIDE LAND IN
JOHNSON COUNTY, WYOMING
Pursuant to the provisions of the Wyoming Real Estate Subdivision Act, Statutes 18-5-301 thru 18-5-315, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT David L Loden and Cynthia V Loden intend to apply for a minor Subdivision Permit from the Johnson County Board of County Commissioners to subdivide lands in Johnson County, Wyoming. Being that the lands in question fall within 1 mile of the City of Buffalo jurisdiction the applicants also intend to apply for a lot split from the City of Buffalo.
These lands are comprised of 2.97 +/- acres and are located in Lot 3 Big Horn Estates. The property is to be subdivided and split into 2 lots total; lot sizes are 1.25 acres and 1.72 acres. The property is located off Hemlock Street, east of Buffalo, Wyoming.
