INTENT

TO

SUBDIVIDE

LAND

IN

JOHNSON

COUNTY,

WYOMING

 

Pursuant to the provisions of the Wyoming Real Estate Subdivision Act, Statutes 18-5-301 thru 18-5-315, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Tim and Tammy Culp intend to apply for a minor Subdivision Permit from the Johnson County Board of County Commissioners to subdivide lands in Johnson County, Wyoming.

These lands are comprised of 67.99 +/- acres and are located in the NW¼SW¼ and part of the SW¼SW¼ of Section 11 T49N R82W.  The property will be subdivided into 1 lot that will be 13.92 acres, for the purpose of a residential lot.  The property is located off Elsom Ranch Road south of Buffalo, Wyoming.  

Persons wishing to comment on the subdivision application may do so by sending written comments to the Johnson County Planning and Zoning Commission, Johnson County Office Annex A, 26 North DeSmet Street, Suite A, Buffalo, WY  82834 or by attending the Johnson County Planning and Zoning Commission Sketch Plan review meeting to be held on Tuesday, July 6, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. in the Johnson County Planning Department Conference Room, 26 North DeSmet, Annex A, Buffalo, Wyoming.
