Notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to issue a renewed Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations (WAQSR) Chapter 6, Section 3 operating permit to the following applicant for the Table Mountain - Chair Compressor Station in Johnson County, Wyoming:

The Table Mountain - Chair Compressor Station is located in Section 22, Township 45 North, Range 77 West, Johnson County, Wyoming (approximately 15 miles northeast of Sussex in Johnson County, Wyoming).  The facility compresses coal-bed methane and conventional gas for pipeline transmission.
