The Johnson County Planning and Zoning Commission hereby gives public notice for a 45-day public comment period beginning June 10, 2021 and ending July 28, 2021.  

The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold two public hearings on Tuesday, July 27, 2021, at the Red Wall Community Center, 210 Center St, Kaycee Wyoming beginning at 6:00 p.m. and on Wednesday, July 28, 2021, at the Bomber Mountain Civic Center, 63 N Burritt Ave, Buffalo Wyoming beginning at 6:00 p.m.  

The purpose of the hearings is to receive public comments on the proposed amendments to the Johnson County Subdivision Regulations.  

The proposed amendments will amend the current Johnson County Subdivision Regulations which were adopted in 1996 and amended by Resolutions 308, 322, 339, and 375.  Also, the proposed amendment consolidates the current Minor Subdivision Regulations, which were adopted in 2001 and amended by Resolution 339, into a single County Subdivision Regulation.
