Sealed bids for the Klondike Drive Overlay Project will be received by the City of Buffalo, Wyoming at City Hall, located at 46 North Main St, Buffalo, WY, until 10:00 a.m. local time on June 22, 2021.  Bids received after this time will not be accepted and will be returned unopened.

The Work to be performed under this contract includes:  Placement of an asphalt overlay on an existing paved roadway with pavement removal, base and sub-base repair and repaving on certain sections.

At said time and place, and promptly thereafter, all bids that have been duly received will be publicly opened and read aloud.  All interested parties are invited to attend.

Copies of the Project Manual and Project Drawings are available through QuestCDN, project #7881856, or may be obtained at the office of the Engineer, Bighorn Surveying & Engineering, LLC, at 821 Fort Street, Buffalo, Wyoming 82834 (307) 684-7400 upon payment of $25.00 (non-refundable).

Each Bidder shall file with their Bid a cashier's check, certified check, or a Bid Bond in accordance with the Contract Documents in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid.

The Bidder to whom a Contract is awarded will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and Labor and Materials Payment Bond guaranteeing faithful performance and payment for labor and materials in the performance of the Work.

No Bid may be withdrawn within a period of thirty (30) days after the date Bids are received.

The City of Buffalo, Wyoming reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities therein.
