These lands are comprised of 9.91+/- acres and are in part of the SW portion of Lot-4ofSection 2T50N R82W. The property will be split into 2lotsthat will be 2.00 and 7.91acres.The property is located within the southern portion of the City of Buffalo corporate limits, West of US Highway 87.
