The Buffalo Planning and Zoning Commission will be holding a Public Hearing on Tuesday January 28, 2020 at 1 PM, to discuss and make a determination on the rezone application for the west 75 feet of lots 9-10-11, Block 28 Burlington Addition to the city of Buffalo. AKA, 137 North Burritt and 280 Fort Street. The request calls for changing the current zoning from R-1 single family residential to R-2 Multi-family residential. Public hearing will be held in council chambers at City Hall 46 N Main Buffalo. Written comments, concerns and issues regarding the case may be delivered in advance to City Planner, 46 N Main St. Buffalo, WY 82834, by 12 noon January 27, 2020. Buffalo City Council will hold a public hearing during the regularly scheduled meeting on February 4, 2020 to hear comments and make a determination on the Rezone application described above.
