Colt Daniel Krueger passed away suddenly in Abilene, Texas on Jan. 12, 2020 at the age of 35. He was born to Daniel and Susan Krueger (Spiering) on Oct. 10, 1984 in Red Lodge, Montana.
He lived in Luther, Montana until he was in second grade, when he moved with his family to Kaycee. He graduated from Kaycee High School in 2003. He had an avid interest in welding during high school and went on to become a welder on pipelines, which he was doing at the time of his death. He loved his work, but more importantly he loved his two kids!
Colt was preceded in death by his father Daniel Krueger. He leaves behind his two children, Landyn (age 10) and Brooklyn (age 9) of Granbury, Texas; his mother Susan Spiering of Powell; a brother K.J. Krueger of Tucson, Arizona; a sister Kaci Coble of Big Horn; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and friends.
Our lives will be at a complete loss without his ornery smile, good-hearted pranks and goofy antics that kept everyone giggling and wondering what he was going to do next.
A service is not planned at this time, but family will notify friends and relatives when that may be. In lieu of flowers, please donate to St. Judes’s Children’s Hospital or Wounded Warriors in Colt’s name.
