Funeral services for Justyn Hall, 14-year-old Buffalo youth who passed away in a diving accident on Saturday, will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 8, from the Summit Wesleyan Church in Buffalo with Pastors William Dunlap and Stephen Martin officiating. Visitation will be held from the Harness Funeral Home Chapel from 1 to 9 p.m. on Wednesday. Interment will be in Willow Grove Cemetery with graveside services to follow the funeral. Donations in Justyn’s memory may be made to the Clear Creek Middle School cross-country team in care of the Harness Funeral Home at 351 N. Adams in Buffalo. Justyn Michael Hall was born on Nov. 23, 2004 in Sheridan to Kristi Hall. He grew up and went to school in Buffalo and would have been a freshman at Buffalo High School this year. Justyn loved cross-country and basketball and was an excellent science student who dreamed of being an astrophysicist. He was an awesome older brother and role model. He was so very kind, caring and always willing to help anyone. He is a good boy.
He is survived by his parents Kyle and Kristi McGee of Buffalo; three brothers Elijah and Karson McGee, both of Buffalo, and Roman Jares of Billings, Montana; paternal grandparents Scott and Tracy Jares of Buffalo, Barbara Mahaffy and her husband Ken of Sheridan, Susan and Matt McGee of Chariton, Iowa, and Susan and Arlan Dezwart, also of Chariton; and his maternal grandmother Melissa Anderson of Sheridan. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather E.J. Hall, his biological father Richard Jares, and his great-grandpa Jerry McGee.
